Focus Industrial's in-house team leads on investment, asset management and industrial property management across our portfolio of 11 multi-let industrial estates in England and Scotland. As a vertically integrated, direct landlord, we manage every stage of the property lifecycle ourselves — from acquisition through to day-to-day estate operations — giving us a close, practical understanding of the industry-specific needs of trade, manufacturing, storage and distribution occupiers. Our hands-on, dedicated management team keeps every estate professionally managed and responsive to tenants day to day, while flexible industrial leases and affordable rents support small businesses and growing SMEs as they scale. Backed by Clear Sky Capital, we combine institutional ownership with a direct, personal relationship between our team and every tenant we work with.
